Our platform helps you get regular work that you can fit around your own timetable. In the morning, during lunch or at night, you decide when you want to work. There will be no one to boss you around. You will be in charge!

Not only will you help students who are in need and be their role model as a tutor, but your work will contribute tremendously to our humanitarian fund for Uyghur minorities who are in desperate need of our help and support.

How much can I get paid?
You can take home anything from 10$/hr all the way up to 27$/hr, and the rest will go towards our humanitarian fund.

You will be paid every two weeks and there are no limitations to how much or how little you can work. However, you will not be allowed to price your own tutoring sessions freely, but rather follow our "league" system.

How do I apply?
Start by filling out the basic steps in the application form, then on a different document (doc, docx or pdf) write a short text no more than 250 words on why you want to become a polarbear-tutor. (Try to elaborate on your motivations behind applying).

Next, on a new document(doc, docx or pdf) fill out your CV. This what you should include in your CV:
1. Name, age, the country you live in, nationality and your spoken languages
2. Portrait of yourself
3. Subjects you want to tutor, along with qualifications (any test results, grades etc.)
3. Your current job or if you're a student, the university you are attending and your major
4. Your work experience (can be anything from volunteer work to a professional job)
Then submit your application.

Successful applicants will be contacted in a short period of time to proceed with an online interview. Proof of stated qualifications will be asked along the process, please stay truthful in your application.
