Asher Erkin
Asher Erkin is a senior at high school, who first drafted his idea of creating an online tutoring platform at the age of sixteen. After tutoring many of his Uyghur peers volunteeringly, he was exposed to the flaws of traditional tutoring and the lack of educational support in his community. Realizing that there were many more Uyghurs in need of such a support system, Asher rationalized his idea of creating a global platform which could aid the education of hundreds of students at the same time.

Asher has previously been heavily involved in humanitarian events and advocasim for Uyghurs, to raise awareness towards the horrible treatment of Uyghurs in China mostly focused on the existence of concentration camps. Along with organizing a national demonstration for the school climate-strikes in Norway, Asher has also helped organize other demonstrations/campaigns for Uyghur Freedom, Black lives matter, human rights in Yemen, unfair treatment of Palestinians and few others. He has published numerous articles including one about the unlawful detainment of uyghurs, published in Aftenposten.
